    MD-Led Botox for Reston Patients

Reston Town Center has its share of beauty bars and lunchtime injectable lounges. Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center is something different: a physician-led medical practice that happens to perform Botox. Every treatment is delivered under the direct medical oversight of Furhan Qureshi, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician — the same care model used for every clinical service we offer. For Reston and Herndon patients, we are a short drive up the Dulles Toll Road and Route 28 in Sterling.

    Why Physician-Led Botox Matters

Most Reston-area medical spas are run by aestheticians or nurse injectors under loose remote supervision. That model can work, but it tends to lean on standardized treatment templates: "20 in the glabella, 20 in the forehead, 10 per side in crow's feet." A real physician-led model starts with a clinical assessment — your medical history, your medications, your anatomy at rest and in motion — and then dose is set accordingly. Sometimes the right answer is fewer units than you expected. Sometimes the right answer is to not inject that area at all.

Your Botox Visit, Step by Step

    • Intake of medical history, current medications, and any prior injectable experience
    • Clinical evaluation of facial movement and a candid discussion of expectations
    • Personalized plan and unit-based estimate — no pressure to buy a package
    • Treatment performed in our private treatment room, typically 10–15 minutes
    • Two-week check-in, with a small touch-up included if clinically appropriate

    Beyond the Forehead: Advanced Uses

Reston patients often arrive already familiar with the basics — glabella and crow's feet — and ask about more nuanced uses: a chemical brow lift, masseter slimming for jaw tension or shape refinement, a subtle lip flip, or treatment of a gummy smile. These advanced techniques are exactly where physician oversight becomes most important; they're also where overzealous dosing causes the most visible problems. We use them when the anatomy supports them and decline when it doesn't.

    Driving From Reston and Herndon

Most Reston neighborhoods — Reston Town Center, Lake Anne, North Point, South Lakes — reach our Sterling clinic in 15–20 minutes via Fairfax County Parkway or the Dulles Toll Road. Herndon and the surrounding office park communities are even closer. Extended evening hours (Mon–Fri until 8 PM) and Saturday hours (10 AM–6 PM) accommodate after-work appointments.

    Frequently Asked

    Questions patients ask before booking.

I've had Botox before at another clinic — can you continue my treatment?
Yes. Bring whatever records or product receipts you have. We'll review what you received, what worked, and what didn't, then build a plan from there.
    Does Botox hurt?
Discomfort is minimal — most patients describe it as a quick pinch. The needles used are very fine. If you tend toward needle sensitivity, we can apply a topical numbing cream before treatment.
Can Botox help with TMJ or jaw tension?
Masseter Botox is a well-established approach for jaw clenching, TMJ-related tension, and cosmetic jaw slimming. It is one of the treatments where physician evaluation matters most, and we offer it when the clinical picture supports it.
How soon before an event should I get Botox?
Two to three weeks before is ideal — that gives the product time to settle fully and leaves room for a touch-up if needed. Avoid scheduling injections in the final days before a major event.
