Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

At Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without adequate notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that time to another client. The following policy allows us to provide attentive, personalized care to every client while respecting the time of our providers and staff.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur no charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.

No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a client misses a scheduled appointment without notifying our office. No-show appointments will be charged a fee of $75.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment in full before future appointments can be scheduled, or may result in dismissal from the practice at our discretion.
Credit Card on File / Deposits
To reserve certain appointments, Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center may require:
- A valid credit card on file at the time of booking; and/or
- A booking deposit or prepayment, which will be applied toward the cost of your service.
By providing your credit card information, you authorize Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center to charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file in accordance with this policy. Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice.
All card information is stored and processed securely in compliance with applicable payment security standards.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services that have been performed.
No Guarantee of Results
Aesthetic, wellness, and medical treatments involve biological processes that vary from person to person. While we are committed to providing the highest standard of evidence-based care, individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed or implied.
Payment is for the performance of the service itself, not for a particular result. Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a properly performed service does not entitle a client to a refund.
Prepaid Packages & Treatment Series
Prepaid packages, treatment series, and memberships are non-refundable. However, the practice may, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, consider a refund of the unused portion of a prepaid package (for example, due to a documented medical contraindication or relocation). Any such refund:
- Is granted solely at the discretion of the practice and is not guaranteed;
- Applies only to unused services remaining in the package;
- Will be calculated by deducting the full regular (non-discounted) price of all services already received from the total amount paid, with the difference, if any, refunded.
Products & Retail Items
Retail products, supplements, and skincare items are non-refundable once sold, except where required by law or in the case of a manufacturer defect.

By scheduling an appointment with Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allow us to continue delivering exceptional, physician-led care to all of our clients.
Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
