Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center is a physician-led practice — every protocol, from hormone therapy to Botox to weight management, is designed and supervised by a board-certified internal medicine physician.
What "physician-led" actually means at Noor.
An actual clinical assessment, every visit
Before any injection, infusion, prescription, or aesthetic treatment, you sit with a clinician who reviews your medical history, current medications, prior treatment experience, and goals. The visit is shaped by your anatomy and labs — not by a package menu.
Board-certified medical leadership
Every protocol at Noor is designed and supervised by Furhan Qureshi, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician with a USAF Reserves medical background. That oversight is not nominal or remote — it is the basis of how we dose, escalate, and adjust care.
Evidence-based, conservative dosing
We follow current peer-reviewed guidance and dose to the patient in front of us. Sometimes that means less than you came in expecting. Sometimes it means recommending a different treatment — or no treatment at all — because that's the honest answer.

Most complications in aesthetic and wellness medicine — a dropped brow after Botox, a hormone protocol that doesn't fit the patient's labs, a weight-loss medication started without screening — aren't caused by the product. They're caused by inexperienced assessment or careless dosing.
A physician-led model is built around clinical evaluation first and treatment second. Before any needle is uncapped or any prescription is written, we look at how your body actually works: anatomy at rest and in motion, medication interactions, baseline labs, and the realistic outcomes for the concern you brought in.
