    MD-Led Botox Across Northern Virginia

Across Loudoun and Fairfax counties, Botox is offered everywhere — gyms, salon back rooms, weekend pop-ups. At Noor Esthétique & Wellness Center, every Botox treatment is performed under the direct medical oversight of Furhan Qureshi, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician. The result is the kind of conservative, anatomy-aware dosing that produces refreshed, natural-looking expression rather than the frozen, overdone look that has given injectables a bad reputation. We serve patients from Ashburn, Reston, Leesburg, Sterling, Herndon, and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities from our Sterling clinic.

    Why Physician-Led Botox Matters

Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription neuromodulator. In the wrong hands, the same product that softens an "11" line between the brows can drop a brow, create a heavy eyelid, or produce an asymmetric smile. The difference is rarely the product — it's the assessment, the dosing, and the placement. Under physician oversight, every consult begins with a real evaluation of your facial anatomy at rest and in motion, a review of any medications or medical history that might affect treatment, and a discussion of what a "natural result" actually looks like for your face. We will tell you when less is more, and we will tell you when Botox is not the right answer.

What to Expect at Your Botox Visit

    • Consultation with our medical team to map your facial movement patterns and discuss your goals
    • Honest conversation about which areas will benefit and which areas are better left untreated
    • Precise injection of small, individualized doses into the targeted muscles
    • Aftercare guidance: no lying flat, intense exercise, or facial massage for the rest of the day
    • Follow-up at two weeks to fine-tune if any small touch-up is warranted

    Common Treatment Areas

The most-requested areas at our Northern Virginia clinic are the glabella ("11" lines), forehead lines, and crow's feet around the eyes. We also see patients for more advanced uses — a subtle brow lift, softening of bunny lines on the nose, lip flip, masseter reduction for jaw slimming, and treatment of a gummy smile. Every plan is built around what your face actually needs, not a packaged menu.

    Serving Ashburn, Reston, and Leesburg

    Frequently Asked

    Questions patients ask before booking.

    Who actually performs the injections?
All Botox treatments at Noor are performed by trained medical injectors under the direct medical oversight of Dr. Furhan Qureshi, MD, our board-certified medical director. You are not handed off to an unlicensed staff member.
    How long does Botox last?
For most patients, results last roughly three to four months. Some individuals metabolize neuromodulators faster or slower; we adjust dosing and timing at follow-up based on how your face responds.
Will Botox make me look frozen?
Not when it is dosed conservatively and placed thoughtfully. Our goal is softened, natural-looking expression — your face should still move and emote. We would rather under-treat and add a small touch-up than overdo it.
    Is Botox safe?
Botox has been FDA-approved for cosmetic use since 2002 and has a long safety record when administered by trained clinicians. Side effects are usually mild and temporary — small bruising, transient headache, or short-lived asymmetry. Serious complications are rare and most often related to inexperienced injection technique.
    How is pricing structured?
We price by unit rather than by area so you only pay for what you actually need. Your treatment plan and an exact estimate are reviewed with you before any injection takes place.
